The Care And Rescue Center Of York County is a 501c3 non-profit community center, located in the Catawba Terrace neighborhood of Rock Hill, SC. It is the home of The Catawba Terrace Food Pantry and the Saturday Morning Kids Club.
The Saturday Morning Kids Club ministry is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to join our team in making a positive impact on the lives of underserved children in our community. By committing to volunteer just one Saturday per month, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, you can help provide these children with the guidance, support, and encouragement they need to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with these young individuals, while also sharing the transformative Gospel of Jesus.
By consistently serving one Saturday of each month, you’ll foster a sense of trust and continuity in the relationships you develop. By offering your time and heart, you can make an immeasurable difference in the lives of these children and contribute to a brighter future rooted in the faith and hope of Jesus.
The Catawba Terrace Food Pantry serves families in need through our food delivery ministry. We deliver food each Saturday and offer food pick-up by appointment. Our goal is to help meet the needs of families that are food insecure. In addition to delivery fresh food to prepare healthy meals, we build relationships with the families we serve and share the Gospel of Jesus.
